#1 Rated Movers in the Manhattan Area

I recently hired Lifestyle Moving for a move from Westchester into Manhattan. The team was extremely helpful, communicative, and professional. The flat-rate quote was very reasonable compared to other highly rated movers in the area, and the the sales and coordinating team ensured all details were addressed before moving day. The day of the move, the team led by Gilberto was very efficient, careful with my belongings, and flexible in light of logistical challenges. I would highly recommend to anyone planning a move in New York.

This is my fifth or so move with Lifestyle Moving because they are fantastic. I used to use the bigger companies but I found that they cared less about my items and would add on new charges. I’ve had to move a lot in the last few years and it’s always been stressful but Lifestyle has helped ease a lot of the stress. Vaso has been booking my moves and always send great men for my jobs. The pricing is extremely fair and straightforward. For today’s move I had Gilberto and Luis who were fantastic. I’m the worst packer and ran out of bags at 4am. Gilberto and Luis promptly showed up at 9am and saw my mess. They loaned boxes to help. They were so fast and efficient and even helped to unpack the boxes. I can’t recommend Lifestyle enough! The men Vaso sends are always deserving of a great tip because they take away 90% of my stress!

Wish I could give a zero! Were supposed to be at our apartment between 8 and 10 am, but we’re late and didn’t show up until 1. Fine. It happens. Did not finish our two bedroom apartment until 5 pm and didn’t get to our new place (30min drive) until 8:30 pm. Broke a lamp, chipped a picture frame and broke my daughters dresser AND chipped the stone of our new home. One of the movers smelled like booze and was so rude. We’ve used them years previous and they were good so it just feels like our trust was broken more than anything. So upset about the whole experience

We hired these guys in August and while the experience at the time was not great, I just wanted to move on but after months of dealing with the repercussions of their horrible work, I have to warn people. They absolutely wrecked our 100 year old wood floors dragging furniture around. They folded our adjustable mattress in half, despite us telling them not to multiple times, ruining it. They stripped all of the screws on the furniture they took apart, namely the adjustable crib that is no longer adjustable. Nothing was placed in the rooms we asked them to. Beware of what saving a few hundred dollars could cost you.

I had a fantastic experience with Milos and his crew. They were fast, careful, and treated my furniture with great care and respect. Everything was handled smoothly from start to finish, and their professionalism really stood out. I will definitely be using them again for my next move and highly recommend their services.

But with roadway movers, everything was handled with care, from start to finish, and they made the entire process seamless.
